Refund & Cancellation Policy
At My Choice Tourism, we are dedicated to providing a seamless and enjoyable travel experience. However, we understand that plans may change, so we encourage you to read our refund and cancellation policy carefully before making a booking.
1. Tour & Activity Bookings
- Full Refund: Cancellations made 72 hours or more before the tour date.
- 50% Refund: Cancellations made within 48-72 hours of the tour date.
- No Refund: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the tour date or in case of a no-show.
- Non-Refundable Activities: Some activities are non-refundable once booked. Please review the specific terms of your chosen tour or activity before booking.
2. Airport Transfers & Chauffeur Services
- Full Refund: Cancellations made 72 hours or more before the pickup time.
- 50% Refund: Cancellations made within 24-48 hours of the pickup time.
- No Refund: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the pickup time or in case of a no-show.
3. Hotel & Package Bookings
Cancellation Policy: Subject to the individual hotel and partner policies. Please check the cancellation terms before making your reservation.
4. Event & Corporate Bookings
Cancellation Policies: For group bookings and events, cancellation policies will be communicated separately based on the terms of the contract.
5. Refund Process
- Refunds will be processed within 14-30 working days after approval.
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method (e.g., CCAvenue, credit/debit card, or bank transfer).
- Transaction fees or bank charges are non-refundable.
6. Force Majeure & Exceptional Cases
In the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather, government restrictions, or emergencies), we will offer an alternative booking or a partial refund based on the specific situation.
