The opening of the Ain Dubai Ferris wheel joins the list of other records set by the most glamorous of Emirates: the tallest observation wheel in the world. Ain Dubai is currently standing at the height of 250 meters, making it the tallest Ferris wheel globally, taking the crown from Las Vegas' High Roller. Dubai's newest attraction isn't just another Ferris wheel since some capsules can be utilized to host parties and concerts as well. It's one more great reason to plan a trip to Dubai. Ain Dubai is located off Jumeriah Beach Residence (JBR) coast at Bluewaters Island. This tower provides a 360-degree view of Dubai's colourful skyline and the surrounding sea from its impressive height. Location of Ain Dubai

Dubai Ferris wheel is located on Bluewaters Island, which has a pedestrian bridge named The Wharf Link connecting it to Jumeirah Beach Resort (JBR). Two luxurious hotels are located on Bluewaters Island, along with residences, entertainment options, boutiques, and restaurants.

Types of Pods

A total of 48 state-of-the-art pods, accommodating ten people each, will be available to the public. A bird's eye view of the glittering city below can be obtained from an observation pod, which takes 38 minutes to travel; a social pod, which includes drinks; and a private pod for a get-together, party, or another private event.

Observation pods

Several essential pods are available at Al Al Ain throughout the day and night, providing the quintessential al Al Ain experience.

You can also purchase a family pass, which includes snacks and drinks for the duration of the trip. The trip will also have a unique sunset ride.

Social Pods

Featured in the centre of the social pod, the VIP lounge offers access to a bar that can be found at the top of the observation pod. Guests who purchase the Lounge Plus ticket will receive one house beverage and access to the VIP lounge. Those over 21 can buy Vibes Plus tickets for free access to the pod and two drinks from the bar. After the trip to Seaview Lounge, passengers can enjoy three drinks and food from the bar with the Premium option.

Private Pods

A private pod is available to anyone who wishes to host or celebrate a special event. Whether it's for a birthday, an engagement, a wedding, a business function, or anything else, the private pod is the ideal place to book. You can choose from various packages, including an intimate three-course dinner experience.

Some Facts about Ain Dubai

Ain Dubai, also known as Dubai Eye, stretches a massive 250 meters (820 feet) from ground to upper cabin. As a comparison, the High Roller in Las Vegas stands at just 167 meters (550 feet), the Singapore Flyer at 165 meters (541 feet), the London Eye at only 135 meters (440 feet), and New York's wheel is only going to be 128 meters (420 feet). More than 11,200 tons of steel are used in the construction.d. Compared to the Eiffel Tower, only 7,300 tons were used for its construction.

There are 48 cabins on the Dubai Ferris wheel, each accommodating 40 people. All houses provide air conditioning, free wifi, and floor-to-ceiling windows. A bar is provided in some places, while dining is available in others, limiting the capacity to 12 people. It is significant to note that the Dubai wheel operates at a reduced capacity during COVID-19.

There is plenty of time to see the breathtaking views during a full rotation of 38 minutes. One of the neat things about the Dubai Ferris wheel is that it is always in motion and doesn't stop when people enter or exit.
